Lugarno Skiing and Snowboarding Champions

Tara and Paige represented the school at the NSW Regional Interschools Snowsports Championships that were held during the school holidays at Thredbo.

They entered individually and as a team.

 Their team results were:-

1^st place - Snowboard Giant Slalom

1^st place - Snowboard Cross

1^st place – Skier Cross

 Individually

 Paige

1^st place – Snowboard Giant Slalom

1^st place – Snowboard Cross

15^th place - Skier cross

36^th place - Ski alpine

 3^rd place - Snowboard cross

4^th place - Snowboard giant Slalom

8^th place - skier Cross

13^th place – Ski Alpine

They also achieved the following awards. These were are great achievement seeing there was only 2 of them for every discipline.

 1^st place - Primary Female Overall primary School – for both Skiing and Snowboarding

1^st place - Primary Female overall primary school for Snowboard

9^th place - Primary Female overall primary school for skiing

They are both off to state for Snowboarding GS, Snowboard X and Skier X at the end of August.
