Before your child starts Kindergarten

Look In and Learn

Our 'Look In and Learn', held in May, invites parents, carers and children to take a tour of our Kindergarten classes to gain an insight into your child's first year of learning at Lugarno Public School.

Leap Into Lugarno Kindergarten Transition Program

Our 'Leap Into Lugarno transition to Kindergarten program offers families and Preschool students the opportunity to familiarise themselves with our school, and prepare for a happy and successful start to Kindergarten.

It is held over 3 mornings in October-November with the final session including a Parent Information Session to learn about daily schedules, uniforms and communication.

The 2026 Transition Program Dates are:
* 21st October
* 28th October
* 4th November
